How does a car manufacturer launch and scale subscription services?

This was quite an interesting project, since my client was accustomed to managing customer relationships via its dealer network.  Scaling a direct to consumer registration, trial, and renewal required looking at massive amounts of data in a way that was not common in the auto industry at the time.


How can we optimize sales incentives across a $50B business?

The CFO wanted to identify and optimize seller incentives as the organization transitioned from a traditional enterprise products company into a SaaS company.  Using python and pandas, I simulated and backtested the proposed global policies, ensuring we could quantify the specific impact of each business rule.


How can we use advanced analytics and automation to increase sales velocity?

My client was a large F500 organization that generated thousands of purchase quotes daily.  However, the level of manual intervention was astronomical.  Using a combination of process mining and process simulation in python, I quantified the impact of various process improvements and automation, allowing us to easily sequence our backlog.
